AI Credits power all AI features. Article writing costs 20-80 credits depending on the AI model (Light/Standard/Premium), sentiment analysis costs 2 credits per article, translation costs 20 credits, and report generation costs 50 credits. You can choose your preferred AI model in Settings.

When your credits reach 80%, you'll receive a notification to top up. If credits are fully depleted, automatic features like sentiment analysis will pause until you purchase additional credits or your monthly allocation renews. Pro and Team users can purchase credit packages starting at $5 for 1,000 credits.

Yes. All new Pro and Team accounts start with a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card required.

At the end of your trial, you can choose to subscribe or your workspace will automatically switch to the Free plan. No data is deleted.

Absolutely. You can switch plans from your workspace settings at any time. When upgrading, you only pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, the remaining balance is credited to your account.

Yes. Pro is $24/mo (save 17%) and Team is $59/mo (save 25%) when billed annually. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing — the service continues until the end of the current billing period, then auto-renewal stops. For a full refund, two conditions apply: (1) you haven't used any AI credits during the current billing period, and (2) the request is within 7 days of the latest billing date. Once any AI feature is used, we've already incurred AI processing costs, so only subscription cancellation is available. Unused purchased credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase.

The Team plan includes 5 users. Additional users can be added at $12/user/month. Enterprise pricing is fully customized based on your organization's requirements.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and support invoice-based payment for Enterprise customers.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime from your settings. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation (Free: 100, Pro: 1,000, Team: 5,000). Credits reset on the 1st of each month and unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

Yes. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase month. Purchases in the same month are combined into one batch and consumed using FIFO (oldest first). Monthly credits are always used before purchased credits.

Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes. VAT, GST, and sales tax are added at checkout based on your billing country. EU customers receive a tax-compliant invoice, and businesses can provide a VAT ID to apply reverse charge where eligible.

All customer data is stored in secure, SOC 2-compliant data centers located in the United States (AWS us-east-1) with daily encrypted backups. We can provide EU-based hosting for Enterprise customers upon request. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).

You can request account deletion anytime from Settings → Account → Delete account, or email privacy@marcomm.work. We delete all personal data within 30 days, with a 14-day grace period during which you can restore your account. Anonymized analytics data may be retained for billing and legal purposes.

Yes. You can export all your press releases, media contacts, press kits, and analytics in JSON and CSV formats at any time from Settings → Account → Export data. Enterprise customers can schedule automated exports via API.
