Pricing FAQ
How does media monitoring work?
Register your company and the companies you watch, and articles are collected from news archives and search APIs, organized by outlet, reporter and tone. Publisher RSS feeds are not collected, and articles you add by hand are counted alongside.
What happens when my trial ends?
At the end of your trial, you can choose to subscribe or your workspace will automatically switch to the Free plan. No data is deleted.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Monthly billing is $99 a month for Pro and $199 a month for Team, with no contract term, so you can cancel at any time. Annual billing is paid once for the whole year: $948 a year for Pro ($79 a month equivalent) and $1,908 a year for Team ($159 a month equivalent).
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Absolutely. You can switch plans from your workspace settings at any time.
How many people can use Team?
Team includes 3 people. Extra seats are $60 per person per month. Adding seats does not change your credits or storage. Pro is a single-person workspace. Enterprise pricing is scoped to your organization's requirements.
How do monthly credits work?
Pro includes 2,400 credits a month and Team includes 7,200. Credits reset on the 1st and unused monthly credits do not carry over. If you need more, you can add credits with credit packs starting at 1,000 credits for $5.
Do extra credits expire?
Yes. Extra credits are valid for 12 months from the month you paid. Credits added in the same month are combined into one batch, and the batch that expires first is used first. Credits included in your plan are always used before extra credits.
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing, the service continues until the end of the current billing period, then auto-renewal stops. For a full refund, two conditions apply: (1) you haven't used any AI credits during the current billing period, and (2) the request is within 7 days of the latest billing date. Once any AI feature is used, we've already incurred AI processing costs, so only subscription cancellation is available. Unused extra credit packs are refundable within 14 days of payment.
Are taxes included in the prices shown?
Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes. VAT, GST, and sales tax are added at checkout based on your billing country. EU customers receive a tax-compliant invoice, and businesses can provide a VAT ID to apply reverse charge where eligible.
