- Missing reporter names fill in over time — every hour, articles with no reporter are read again from their original page, newest first, so older articles catch up with the improved byline reading; pages that have no byline are marked once and not retried (web).
- Outlet names no longer pose as reporters — a byline that is one word, a web address, or an outlet word (news, biz, daily) is treated as the outlet and left blank instead of being listed as a reporter, while two-word names such as foreign correspondents are kept (web).

- Reporter names fill in from more articles — when an outlet lists its own name or a social handle where the reporter should be, the article page is read again for the real byline instead of leaving the reporter blank, and placeholder handles are never shown as reporters (web).
- Dashboard links to Company News open — the Today board on the dashboard linked to Company News with the organization ID instead of its address, which opened a page not found (web).
